How we can help
Chiropractic Care
We have one goal for your care: to maximize the function of your nervous system, so your body can function at its maximal potential.
Interferences in the link between your brain and your body caused by misalignments in the spine can limit your healing potential, and set the stage diseases of all kinds. Our expert team is highly trained in identifying the misalignments in your spine, making proper adjustments to relieve the pressure on your nervous system, and restoring natural healing for your body.
Athlete Care
Having an active lifestyle is important for many reasons. However, activity comes with its own wear and tear on the body. Aches, pains, misalignments, and injuries can result from physical activity. Sports, working out, and being active can all turn into issues that you want to stay on top of so you can stay at peak performance.
Athletes that want a competitive edge and be at the top of their game are seeing our Chiropractic team, and you should too.
Spinal Manipulation
Spinal Manipulation, also called spinal manipulative therapy, combines moving joints in a precise manor to elicit an improvement in function. It's designed to relieve pressure on joints, reduce inflammation, and most importantly improve nerve function. It's often used to treat back, neck, shoulder, headaches and many other aliments. Our doctors are trained in a diversified manor, utilizing many techniques/approaches to get you the best relief possible.
Pediatric Care
We believe that each kid should be adjusted regularly during childhood. Chiropractic treatment early on may help your child’s nervous and immune systems develop properly.
As your child gets older, we want to ensure that he or she is developing in the best way possible. Spinal misalignment can happen during pregnancy, birth trauma, and from all the little injuries they have while growing. Common newborn health issues include colic, reflux, earaches, excessive crying, and difficulties feeding.
Auto Accident Care
Car Accidents can range from a minor bump to a major collision. Not all injuries result in pain right away. Sometimes it’s obvious that you are hurt, while other times, pain can manifest over time and come out several weeks later. Our chiropractic team is here to evaluate you after your accident and make sure we stay on top of any developing issues. It’s important to get ahead of your injuries rather you realize they are there, or not. Waiting can cause long-term issues for your body.
Spinal Decompression
Spinal decompression is a non- surgical treatment intended to relieve pressure on compressed nerve roots around the spinal column and the intervertebral discs. Decompression of the spinal neural elements can be a key component in treating spinal radiculopathy, myelopathy and intervertebral disc problems.
Prenatal Care
Pregnancy brings a ton of changes to your body. The extra movement and additional weight can easily throw off your musculoskeletal alignment leading to pains and aches. Chiropractic care is a great option during pregnancy. Our chiropractic team is specifically trained to help pregnant women with their unique needs. Chiropractic care can help with everything from reducing back pain, neck pain, and headaches to improving your baby’s overall health.
Wellness Care
Wellness Care with our Chiropractic team in Mesa and Gilbert is designed to help keep your spine aligned properly, to keep pressure off your nerves, and keep your body at peak performance. Periodic visits make sure everything stays exactly where it’s supposed to be before it develops into more serious problems.
Electrotherapy
Electrotherapy is the use of electrical energy as a natural treatment. This therapy is aiming to stimulate the musculoskeletal system to aid in treatment of many common ailments. Our office provides a wide variety of Electrotherapies, including EMS, Interferential, and therapeutic ultrasound.
Therapeutic Exercise

The goal is to returning an injured person to a pain-free, fully functioning state. Our office uses many tools to help us accomplish this including a state of the art A3 Vibration Plate, Theraband Resistance training, Medicine ball retraining and much more.

Joint Mobilization
Joint mobilization is very similar to spinal manipulation in its purpose to restore normal function of a joint. Our doctors not only provide spinal manipulations but also manipulations/mobilizations to extremity joints. Common ailments treated with mobilizations include frozen shoulder, carpal/tarsal tunnel and tennis/golfers elbow.
